1. Initial Interview and Design Questionnaire: We will get to know you and discuss things like your needs, design goals, and overall budget either in person or virtually.
2. Design Presentation Meeting:
- Space Planning: Our meticulous space planning ensures optimal utilization of every square foot, enhancing both functionality and flow within the space. A floor plan/layout will be included.

E-Design services include:
- A preliminary design questionnaire so we can learn about you, your lifestyle and project scope
- A 30 minute video call consultation to discuss the space you need help with, goals, needs, wants
- 2 Initial design concepts to review- Mood board concept, color palette, furniture and décor selections, floorplan and shopping list of all furniture, lighting, accessories etc.
- A 30-45 minute video call presentation to discuss design
- One round of re-selections with updated shopping list
- 2 weeks of post design support

Color Consultation $299
Choosing the right colors for your space can be a challenge. There are many aspects that can influence color, from the interior finishes, to the outside reflection of light, to the direction the room faces. In this 90 minute in person or virtual consultation we will help you select a palette that's both beautiful and cohesive, and that reflects your personal style and will look beautiful in your specific space whether outdoors or indoors.
In-Person Design Consultation $299
During this 90 minute consultation we will meet you at your space to assess the layout, your needs and goals. We will provide expert advice, creative solutions and personalized recommendations to achieve the perfect balance of style and functionality in your home. During this walkthrough we will cover furniture recommendations, layout, paint color selections, window treatment ideas, lighting, styling and decor, sourcing, and share my go-to installers and professionals. When we are done, you should feel invigorated and excited! You will have actionable items you can tackle on your own to create your space. If you decide you need more help after this point or want us to "take the reigns" and make it beautiful for you, then our interior design services are available to help!
For Sellers: Cosmetic Renovation to Increase Value
Does your home need updating to maximize the potential selling price? Designer Liz has completed dozens of renovations for sellers so they can sell their home faster and for more money than the cost of renovations, putting more money in the sellers pockets! Need a few rooms or a whole home refresh? We will handle it all and take the stress out of selections, sourcing, and project management from start to finish. We partner and collaborate with Realtors to ensure renovations are in line with top comparables. We have the unique knowledge and experience of design, real estate, sales and marketing to maximize your profits. We partner with a myriad of tradespeople who we have worked with for years to ensure we are getting the best products at the best prices.
The Process:
- Initial Meeting- 60 minutes- in your space. During this time we will walk through the space, discuss your sale price goal, budget, take photos and measurements, gather your Realtor's contact information or if needed, recommend one of our most trusted, experienced Realtors in this specific area. Your initial meeting fee is $199 but will be credited towards the overall project cost.
- Proposal and Design Presentation- 45 minute video call or in person meeting. We will propose the necessary renovations and coordinating prices in order to get top dollar and to sell the home in the quickest time and for the most money. We will also present the 'After Renovation Value' spreadsheet so you can see what your profit will yield. Once the proposal and selections are approved, we will move on to the next step.
- Execute the Plan- We will start ordering all of the approved materials, selections, and begin scheduling subcontractors and contractors as necessary. We will handle everything for you from design to completion. We excel in project management and coordination and onsite visits are included to manage and direct the tradespeople as needed.
- Final Walk through- We will complete a final onsite visit to ensure everything looks market ready. Next, it's time to list and realize your increased profits!
